WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
This is a full-time, in-office role with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM (schedule to be confirmed).
You will oversee essential bookkeeping and accounting functions to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. Your day will involve managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing and posting journal entries, and completing month-end closings with precision. Leveraging your expertise in QuickBooks and Service Titan, you will generate comprehensive financial reports and maintain accurate records. Your role is crucial in supporting the company's financial health and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
