This is a full-time, in-office position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. (Schedule confirmation pending.)
THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2 years of experience (or related education) performing bookkeeping, fiscal, statistical, and clerical accounting activities
- Ability to write comprehensive financial reports
- MUST HAVE experience using QuickBooks and ServiceTitan software
- Basic bookkeeping, computer, and administrative skills
- Incomparable work ethic and teamwork abilities
- Great communication skills
Bookkeeper certifications are preferred but not required!
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS AN EXPERIENCED BOOKKEEPER
As an Experienced Bookkeeper, you will dive into the financial heart of our operations, ensuring our accounts remain accurate and our processes run smoothly. You'll handle accounts payable and receivable, manage journal entries, and prepare monthly journal closings with debits and credits. By leveraging your expertise with QuickBooks and Service Titan software, you'll generate detailed and comprehensive financial reports. As the go-to person for our financial needs, you'll maintain precision in everything from tracking payments to reconciling accounts-all while contributing to the company's overall financial health.
