Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage multi-brand order processing, inventory management, and various system processes within the NetSuite ERP platform. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth logistics operations, including coordinating the timely and accurate flow of goods, inventory tracking, order fulfillment, and system integration to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Management:
o Process customer orders from receipt to shipment using the NetSuite ERP system.
o Monitor order status and update customers on delivery schedules.
o Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
o Address and resolve any order discrepancies or issues with customers or suppliers.
o Track backorders and ensure proper communication with stakeholders.
Inventory Management:
o Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with purchasing teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
o Maintain accurate inventory records in the NetSuite ERP system, ensuring real-time updates.
o Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory audits.
o Analyze inventory reports and provide recommendations for inventory optimization.
System Processes in NetSuite ERP:
o Input, update, and track logistics data, including orders, shipments, and inventory, in the NetSuite ERP system.
o Ensure seamless integration between different functions, such as sales, purchasing, and warehouse management, within the ERP system.
o Generate and analyze various reports in NetSuite, providing insights into logistics performance, inventory turnover, and order processing.
o Troubleshoot and resolve any system-related issues, collaborating with the IT team as needed.
Shipping & Receiving Coordination:
o Work with freight carriers, warehouses, and distribution centers to ensure timely and accurate shipping and receiving of products.
o Monitor and track shipments to ensure deliveries are made on time and in full.
o Ensure all necessary documentation (invoices, shipping labels, customs documentation, etc.) is properly prepared and filed.
Collaboration & Communication:
o Work closely with internal departments (sales, procurement, warehouse) to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.
o Coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, and shipping partners to ensure timely delivery and quality control.
o Provide customer service and support by addressing inquiries regarding orders, delivery status, and inventory.
Process Improvement:
o Identify opportunities for process improvements within the logistics and order management functions.
o Recommend and implement process changes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
· Experience:
o 2-3 years of experience in logistics, order management, or supply chain coordination.
o Experience with NetSuite ERP or similar ERP systems is highly preferred.
· Technical Skills:
o Proficiency with NetSuite ERP, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
o Strong understanding of order management, inventory control, and logistics processes.
