Job Description
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for multiple commercial construction projects at a time. The PM is responsible for the coordination of all parties involved in the project from start to finish. This includes architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, laborers etc. The PM ensures that all construction activities progress according to the project schedule while maintaining accurate records and managing the project budget.
Qualifications
- Candidates must have 3 years of experience as a construction Project Manager or 2 years of field management experience
- Preferably experience in projects ranging from $5m-$20m
- Must have exceptional communication skills. Written, oral, and face-to-face.
- Supervisory skills are required.
- Extensive computer skills are required. Experience in Procore is not required but preferred.
- Experienced candidates must be able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Project Managers must have the ability to lead a team and motivate those involved in their projects without damaging relationships.
