Laptop Customization Technician
Department : Configuration Lab and Logistics Center
Position Summary :
The Laptop Customization Technician is responsible for performing the application custom vinyl skins to the exterior of devices, along with asset tag application, prior to shipment to customers. This application is to be performed with quality and in a consistent manner in accordance with documented instructions (written work instructions and quality control documents) in support of ongoing or new customer business.
Responsibilities :
- Customization : Apply custom skins, decals, and wraps to laptops according to customer specifications.
- Quality Control : Ensure that all applied skins are free of bubbles, wrinkles, and other imperfections.
- Maintenance : Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure high-quality application of skins.
- Inventory Management : Keep track of inventory levels for skins, decals, and other materials.

Secure Technology Asset Disposition - Allows clients to remove old or outdated devices from their environment. Our facility will erase all data to Department of Defense standards and provide reverse logistics to the client as to whether their devices can be repurposed, recycled, or disposed of properly.
