Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting Visitors: Welcome and assist visitors, members, and guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answering Inquiries: Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries about programs, events, and membership.
- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and maintaining records.
- Program Coordination: Assist with the coordination of rowing and sailing programs, including registration and communication with participants.
- Facility Management: Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable and manage supplies and equipment.
- Event Support: Provide support during events and activities, including setup and coordination.
- Membership Services: Process membership applications, renewals, and payments, and maintain accurate membership records.
- Communication: Distribute information about upcoming events, programs, and announcements to members and the community.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in administration or customer service is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
