In our time of Company growth, we seek a Director of Financial Management.
Work Location: Bradenton, FL
As part of this role, you will:
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, and Forecasting
- Oversee build and maintain financial reporting tools to provide education and analysis for end user departments.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, including tax laws, reporting requirements, and retirement plan regulatory requirements.
- Work with accounting to provide information required for grant reporting and other regulatory requirements. Assist with various auditor requests.
- Work with management and staff to develop Key Performance indicators for financial
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and identify areas for
- Work with departments to develop HRSA and Operational budgets for position control, wages, and Independent Contractor’s compensation
- Support the goals and mission of MCR Health Services
- Adhere, to the safety policy of MCR Health Services
- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time
