Job Summary:

The Intake Associate will facilitate day-to-day operations of the Reception Area, including sample intakes, facilitating the resolution of client complaints and issues, and taking delivery of orders for the facility. The person in this position will wear multiple hats and assist with various departments throughout the company to ensure smooth operations at our Gardiner facility

Key Responsibilities:

• Work the front desk and reception area
  • Answer all incoming phone calls, email inquiries, maintain calendar of appointments
  • Ensure all client complaints or issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner through coordinating with Customer Service, Scientific Operations, etc.
  • Perform sample intake for Adult Use licensees, Caregiver, and public clients.
  • Accept and reject samples in METRC (State seed-to-sale tracking system)
  • Report all orders to the accounting department
  • Assist with storage and organization of samples
  • Take delivery of packages, stock consumables, and report received items to the procurement department
  • Keeping the Reception area clean

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older and hold a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience or demonstrable ability
• Must have the ability to demonstrate extensive working knowledge of Google suite Applications such as Drive, Calendar, Gmail, and Sheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including the highest attention to detail and ability to maintain focus for extended periods of time.
• Be enthusiastic, adaptable, and able to prioritize tasks on the fly
• Passion for cannabis and the community is highly preferred

Requirements:

• Must have a valid Maine driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check
