Description
Summary:
Assist in marketing and accounting activities within the finance department of the organization by performing the following duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but not limited to:
- Customer support and service; process quotes, sales orders and A/R invoices.
- Work attentively with Logistics Department – gather freight quotes and communicate tracking with the customer.
- Respond to all customer requests in a timely manner.
- Fill in as needed to respond to emergency shipping requests and process sales orders on nights and weekends.
- A/R Collections - Follow up with customers to ensure invoices are paid on time.
- Licensing- Ensure all customer accounts are current and maintain files as needed.
- Training- Ensure all customers are current with required training.
- Manage and schedule all training operations.
- Manage customer RMA process.
- Maintain customer price list.
- Develop marketing materials such as brochures and catalogs that will grow the MCR brand and increase appeal while attracting new customers.
- Coordinate with IT to maintain/update social media sites-LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Implement and maintain content regarding the company newsletter - digital format.
- Work with accounts payable to ensure intercompany transactions and freight invoices are processed timely and accurately.
- Involvement in team-wide initiatives and special projects.
- Cross-train in all roles of department including but not limited to: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Purchasing, Sales, Licensing & Training.
Qualifications
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to interact directly with customers and build relationships.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications

- MAS 500 software proficiency preferred
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is highly preferred
- 5 years of experience in sales, marketing or customer service is highly preferred
- Social media marketing experience a plus
- Adobe Create Cloud Suite experience a plus
