Summary:
The Senior Customer Service Representative will provide support to MCR's customer base and internal personnel pertaining to customer-related matters. The individual will be required to understand and disseminate information releated to MCR's product offerings, customer-facing material, conduct transactions in ERP and PDM systems, generate and provide detailed information to sprecific MCR department personnel, and execute interdepartmental protocols. The Senior Customer Service Representative will ensure all documentation generated is in full compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
- Demonstarte proficiencies in ERP (Sage) and PDM technical document vault management.
- Writes clearly and informativiely; Edits work for spelling and grammar; Varies writing style to meet needs; Able to read and interpret written technical information
- Effective oral and written communication skills; writes and speaks clearly and informatively; ability to interpret oral or written information.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Collaborate with other managers, vendors, and contractors
- Good organizational skills and ability to set priorities
