McRae Specialty Services is hiring immediately for Armed Security Guards to work part-time or full time in the Gas Station and Apartment Complex settings. There is up to 40 hours a week available in Phoenix AZ. Must have experience in Gas Station and Apartment complex settings along with great de-escalation skills. Candidates must be willing to work All shifts and have an Active Armed Card currently.

Responsibilities:
- Provide armed security services to protect personnel, property, and assets
- Conduct patrols and surveillance of designated areas to deter and detect potential threats
- Maintain a high level of alertness and situational awareness at all times
- Enforce access control procedures to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed during incidents or emergencies
- Provide assistance and support to employees and visitors when necessary
- Strong understanding of loss prevention strategies and techniques
- Excellent conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effective
Qualifications
· Must be 25 years or older
· High School Diploma or GED required
· Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
· Excellent observational skill and attention to detail
· Ability to sit, stand, or walk for prolonged periods of time
· Calm, polite, and professional behavior
· Reliable and self-motivated
· High Level customer service and interpersonal skills
· Candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check
This position requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, be physically fit, and have a strong sense of integrity.
Compensation
Armed Security Guards pay:
$22-$23 per hour depending on experience and if the candidate possesses a current guard card through AZDPS.
