What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist- Part-Time position at MCREE FORD INC?
Schedule: Wednesday, every other Thursday, Friday: 3:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. and Saturday 2:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
• Greets all customers entering the service area with a professional, friendly, answers their questions and directs them to the appropriate person or location
• Maintain customer satisfaction in every interaction, and always provide superior customer service
• Operate a multi-line phone system and switchboard
• Answer all incoming calls in a prompt, polite, professional manner, transferring them to the appropriate person or department quickly, or operating the dealership paging system to call individuals to the phone
• Minimize the time callers are on hold and check back with them frequently to ensure they wish to continue holding
• Record detailed messages when calls cannot be completed, including the caller's name, telephone number, time of call, and the information requested, and deliver them to the appropriate party promptly.
• Develop knowledge of basic dealership information to respond to callers who have general inquiries
• Develop a working knowledge of CDK, WebDealer and any other program used in your position
• Performs clerical duties as assigned
• Maintain a professional appearance and a neat work area
