Description
MCRV Inc. is an accounting office located north of the metroplex which performs all accounting tasks for the McClain’s RV group of businesses and its over 250 employees. The company has been operating for over 60 years and has locations throughout DFW and Oklahoma City. Our accounting team located in Corinth, TX is looking for a motivated individual who has the desire to immediately contribute to our success while also learning more about various RV and Automotive processes. We have an immediate need for a Book Keeper/General Accountant to help with accounts payable, accounts receivable, revenue recognition and other miscellaneous accounting tasks.
Ideal candidates are those with at least 2 years of Accounting and general office experience, preferably in a dealership setting. Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications as well as general ERM platform knowledge is a plus. Specific duties for this position include but are not limited to:
- Receipting and other banking transactions
- Some accounts payable responsibilities
- Revenue recognition (invoicing RV sales)
- Preparing monthly journal entries as needed
Requirements
High School Degree or Equivalent
Two or more years of office experience
