Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- At least 4 years of experience in preconstruction or estimating.
- On-Screen Takeoff or similar estimating software proficiency.
- Conceptual budgeting development for various product types.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
