Project Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the construction of ground-up multi-family and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Administration: Implement contract terms, manage bidding, prepare contract documents, and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
- Cost Management: Manage project costs, estimate, report, and break down costs, analyze cash flow, process change orders, and forecasts.
- Schedule Management: Monitor and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion in accordance with contract terms.
- Quality Management: Review, inspect, and test project systems, materials, and workmanship to ensure conformance to plans and specifications.
- Safety Management: Implement and monitor procedures to protect jobsite employees, visitors, and the general public.
Requirements
- B.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 4 years' experience constructing similar project types
- Ability to communicate effectively and work productively with clients and project professionals
- Ability to use construction management software and Microsoft Office 365
