Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an AT&T Retail Sales Representative who will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate AT&T products and services. The role also involves collaborating with team members and participating in training sessions to stay updated on AT&T offerings. They support the Marketing & Sales Manager, and work closely with the on-site retail sales team to train and develop leadership while managing the success of marketing initiatives and reporting overall progress.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products
- Ability to achieve sales targets and process sales transactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members
- Willingness to participate in training sessions
- Experience in bartending, serving, or face to face sales environment is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus
