The Maintenance II - Specialist Role
The Maintenance II - Specialist will support both the maintenance and production departments with reviewing and closing out work orders while exercising the ability to program and leverage their industry knowledge.
- Strong follow-through on delegated tasks and assignments
- Firmly established policies and procedures, expecting others to do the same
- Leads by example: technical expert in area and does work required of subordinates
The ideal candidate will have:
- High standards of quality and accuracy
- AC & DC control circuits & wiring, conduit, bending, communications (Data-Hwy, Remote IO)
- Implement electrical safe work practices to maintain site facilities
- Complete preventive maintenance on equipment and machinery
- Trouble shoot and repair equipment, machinery, electric controls, panel construction, wiring, fabricate, hydraulics, pneumatics, plumbing, solder, grind, saw, use hand tools and other shop equipment
The successful candidate must have:
- Techincal training or equivalent experience
- 4 years mechanical, electrical, Welding, Hydraulic and Pneumatics experience
- Requires 5 to 7 years of experience in electrical maintenance
- Creative self-starter and problem solver with tolerance for ambiguity
