This position entails active collaboration with Principal Investigators, postdoctoral researchers, students, and other research assistants. Additionally, the role encompasses managing and updating large-scale databases for informatics research, assist with drafting protocols or grant progress reports, and contributing to the preparation of scientific publications.

Key Functions/Job Specific Competencies
- Efficiently extracts clinical and imaging data from institutional data sources.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of clinical and imaging data for project-specific patient cohorts.
- Aggregates data for meta-analytic purposes
- Utilizes statistical software for biomedical research
- Support in the processes of image registration and segmentation of organs at risk or regions of interest
- Collaborate closely with the Principal Investigator, co-investigators, and relevant departments to ensure all clinical research activities are executed in alignment with established policies and procedures.
- Aid the Principal Investigator in managing research studies, scribe meeting minutes, addressing protocol requirements, and facilitating the execution of the research plan.
- Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all collected data through rigorous quality assurance practices in data acquisition and management.
- Organize and support monitoring and auditing visits, acting as a liaison to streamline these processes.
