SUMMARY
Schedules patient visits, physician appointments, diagnostic tests, procedures, and treatments. Communicates pertinent information regarding appointments, scheduling, prepayment and financial counseling to patients, families, physicians, team members and other patient care areas. Interprets and coordinates physician orders. Prepares and maintains appointment templates and / or patient records.
The ideal candidate will have relevant healthcare experience. They should be proficient in handling calls on multi-line phone systems, ensuring efficient call management, appointment scheduling, and patient inquiries. Prior front desk experience is essential, with the ability to greet patients, manage administrative tasks, and maintain a welcoming, organized environment. Additionally, the candidate will be familiar with an office setting.
The working hours for this position will vary depending on the Center assigned and its business needs. Flexibility in scheduling is essential to meet the demands of our dynamic environment.
