This role requires the ability to work independently to support senior executives, directors, and teams. A bright, enthusiastic attitude when working with staff and clients is essential as part of the MDA culture and the overall initial client experience. Strong ability to come up with creative solutions, organizational skills, consistency, responsiveness, and be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality when working is paramount.
This position works closely under the Director of People Operations in supporting various aspects of the company including, but not limited to support, task management, event functions, office management, correspondence, and customer facing interactions.
Must have very friendly and positive demeanor. High energy is a requirement!!
This is an HOURLY position. Must be exceptionally polished and have clear communication skills in English, an active LinkedIn Profile for networking purposes, and be able to work quickly and reliably with little to no supervision. Must be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
