Job Description: As a Construction Business Manager, you will plan, execute, and oversee superintendents and project managers from start to finish. You will develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, coordinate with clients and team members, monitor project progress, and manage risks and issues. Your role will involve preparing and presenting project reports to stakeholders.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in construction or utilities.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- PMP or similar certification is preferred.
