Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Office Manager to oversee our office operations and ensure a smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting skills and be proficient in managing financial records, as well as providing administrative support to the team. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and supply management.
  • Oversee accounting functions such as debits and credits, general ledger accounting, and account analysis.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards.
  • Conduct general ledger reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Assist in budgeting processes and tax preparation as needed.
  • Utilize Quickbooks Online software and Excel to manage financial data and generate reports.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline office procedures and improve efficiency.
  • Provide support for audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Bookkeeper/Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, including budgeting, tax regulations, and general ledger reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks Online and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills for account analysis and financial reporting.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
