Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and supply management.
- Oversee accounting functions such as debits and credits, general ledger accounting, and account analysis.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards.
- Conduct general ledger reconciliation and bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Assist in budgeting processes and tax preparation as needed.
- Utilize Quickbooks Online software and Excel to manage financial data and generate reports.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline office procedures and improve efficiency.
- Provide support for audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Bookkeeper/Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, including budgeting, tax regulations, and general ledger reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks Online and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical skills for account analysis and financial reporting.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
