Front Office Job Description

We are seeking a caring and team focused receptionist/patient care coordinator to service our patients and support our providers. If you are passionate about helping others, work well in a fast-paced environment and have exceptional attention to detail, this job is for you!
Responsibilities:
· Interact with patients in a positive and helpful manner, providing information and assistance as needed
· Proactive initiative in maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of treatment rooms and overall practice
· Gather necessary demographic information from patient to build a new/updated patient account
· Generate invoices for patients according to prescribed procedures and fees and collects payment
· Provide necessary forms to patients for completion and signatures
· Answer telephone calls, record messages for coworkers and deliver messages
· Assist clinic staff with patient triage as needed to maintain proper patient flow
· Educate patients about our services, treatments and products we offer
· Sell services and products to meet monthly goals
· Maintain a clean and orderly office environment
· Assist with lead and reactivation phone calls.
· Scrub schedule for double bookings.
· Collaborate with team to assist with on-site and community events (e.g Grand opening, Anniversary party etc.)
· Help with special projects as needed
Qualifications:
-High school diploma is required. College Diploma is an asset. Previous medical spa, dermatology or plastic surgery office experience is preferred. Previous sales experience is preferred.
-Computer savvy a must since we use an electronic medical records program and Microsoft Office.

Hours: 40 hours per week. must be available to work during Operating hours. Occasional evening and weekend events.
Salary: Commensurate with experience, starting wage $22-$25 with opportunity to grow opportunities.
This position is open to turn into a Jr Practice Manager Role
