Project Assistant/Warehouse Manager

We are looking for a Project Assistant/Warehouse Manager to assist Project Managers and crews with delivery of roofing materials and job site cleanups, help monitor job site progress and problem solve if necessary, manage inventory and purchasing procedures of materials and other supplies used in our company. This job entails travel to multiple counties in the Colorado Springs area for delivery of goods for the company to continue progress at job sites. You may also be expected to run other errands, do property maintenance, do small repairs and/or perform duties pertaining to the greater good of the company. We are searching for someone characterized by having organizational skills, attention to detail as well as problem solving skills. A positive attitude and team oriented is a must. This position has room for growth in an established, local roofing company. Experience is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Collaboration with Project Managers and office staff to help jobs run smoothly
• Purchasing supplies and materials according to specifications
• Oversee warehouse operations and distribution of supplies in the organization
• Control inventory levels and ensure availability of material during emergencies
• Keep records on procurement activity, materials quantity, specifications etc.
• Delivery of materials and goods to job sites
• Job site cleanups
• Small roof repairs and small odds/ends task(s) as needed

Requirements

• Experience in roofing and warehouse management or related field is preferred
• Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques and safety regulations is preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Must have a valid Driver’s License (with clean driving record) and ability to travel to job site as needed
• Ability to operate company crew and navigation apps

Competitive pay $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year based on work ethic, skill and experience.
