What are the responsibilities and job description for the WAGEES Re-Entry Program Case Manager position at The Pinon Project?
WAGEES Case Manager: The Piñon Project is seeking a full-time Case Manager to work in the community reentry program for individuals exiting Colorado Department of Corrections in the Work and Gain Employment Education Skills (WAGEES) Program. Responsibilities include actively engaging participants in assessment, goal setting, and development of individual service plan that increases employability skills, and/or education while providing supportive services to participants. In addition, the position will support obtaining crucial documents, housing, support services, and transportation coordination.
