Job Summary
The Project Coordinator (known internally as Project Control Specialist or PCS) is responsible for assisting with a variety of projects related to optimization to support our customers. The PCS will assist the internal team by handling any process related items needed to accomplish certain project milestones and deliverables, review reporting, and assess project timelines. The PCS will foster cross-team collaboration to ensure the successful completion of project tasks and deliverables and may meet with the project clients to discuss project requirements, along with any process updates needed.
Major goals and responsibilities
- Ensure timely completion of projects
- Order, review/quality check and submit/upload required project documents
- Communicate project status and issues through client meetings and reporting
- Communicate with Landlords: includes negotiating leases through inbound and outbound calls, attempting to contact landlords and sending or reviewing voicemail and emails to/from landlords.
- Utilize workflow management tools to capture data and report progress
Essential activities
- Review Lease Consultant's negotiated terms and prepare deal submissions to the client for their review and approval.
- Perform due diligence, ownership verification, review cell site information, along with cell site demand needs.
- Communicate with Landlords: includes negotiating leases through inbound and outbound calls, attempting to contact landlords and sending or reviewing voicemail and emails to/from landlords.
- Enter Data: includes entering data into the Company’s database/software system, Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
- Review and prepare any transactional and closing documents; work directly with the assigned Lease Consultant and the Landlord to determine closing timelines and requirements.

- Intermediate skill level with computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office (including Word, Outlook, and Excel)
- Quick Learner – the project is obligated to ramp up quickly; ideal candidate must be able to absorb complex information/instructions expeditiously
- Detail Oriented – project success metrics are based on 100% accuracy; ideal candidate takes pride in delivering the highest quality work
- Maintain Focus – project success requires processing high volume of documents per day; the ideal candidate must be able to perform at a high level without decline in quality and will take pride in this ability.
- Flexibility – project scope is expected to evolve over time; ideal candidate must be flexible and embrace the opportunities that come with potential change.
- Experience
- A college degree is preferred but not necessary.
- Experience in site acquisition and/or real estate for wireless operators is a plus.
- Experience with providing extreme service to customers.
- Experience in contract review/auditing preferred
- Experience working in workflow management tools preferred
