As our organization continues to evolve and grow, we find ourselves looking for a new team member to assist us in our rapidly expanding lease buyout program.
Job summary
This Real Estate Paralegal will be a key driver of our lease buyout initiative. You will be responsible for a wide range of real estate matters, including:
- Real Estate Contract Documentation: Create, revise, and manage real estate documents.
- Title Review and Due Diligence: Order and review title reports, working to resolve title issues necessary for transaction closing. Resolve project due diligence.
- Research: General research and analysis of real estate issues.
This position reports to our Allen, Texas headquarters and requires in-office presence.
Key characteristics to be successful in this role
Skills
- Proficiency in drafting standard real estate documents, including leases, purchase agreements, and closing documents.
- Ability to review and analyze complex real estate contracts and transaction documents.
- Experience in managing and closing real estate transactions, including title and due diligence processes.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Licenses or Certifications
- Paralegal Certificate
- Notary Public License (preferred)
