Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Paralegal to join our team. - Draft and review various legal documents related to commercial real estate transactions.
- Prepare and manage critical dates and timelines for real estate deals.
- Review and analyze title and survey matters, including title objection letters and lease abstracts.
- Assist in the coordination and management of the real estate transaction process from inception to closing.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and external partners to ensure smooth and efficient transaction flow.
- Maintain organized and detailed records of all real estate documents and transactions.
- Conduct legal research and provide support to attorneys as needed.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
- Strong proficiency in drafting legal documents and managing critical dates.
