- Per Week: 36 Hours
- 06:00-18:30 OR 08:00-18:30 3-12HR/WEEK OR 4-10HR/WEEK BLOCKED WEEKNIGHT CALL—APPROXIMATELY ONCE/WEEK WEEKEND CALL— APPROXIMATELY EVERY 4th-5TH WEEKEND HOLIDAYS

- Experience: 2 Years
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Serve as a coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patient's care needs with members of the healthcare team.
