About The Opportunity

Location : Auburn, NH
We are searching for an organized and experienced Compliance Assistant to join our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for administrative duties related to compliance with ATF and DOT / FMCSA.
What you will be doing :
- Monitor and track all employee driver qualification files, updating and maintaining licenses, certifications, and associated documents within company HRIS system. Administer and track the Company random drug testing program.
- Manage employee ATF lifecycle including the application process for new employee possessors, terminations, and transfers between licenses.
- Support a variety of administrative initiatives that may include HR compliance with Affirmative Action, FMLA, EEOC, and general HRIS maintenance.
In order to be successful in this role, here's what we will need from you :
About You
You are an experienced administrative professional with 3-5 years' experience in a high functioning administrative or compliance role. You may have a Bachelor's degree in business, or general experience with ATF and / or FMCSA compliance. In addition to being enthusiastic, helpful, and task oriented, you are dependable, highly accountable, and understand the critical nature of maintaining accurate regulatory compliance records.
