Key Responsibilities:
- Managing customer interactions through phone, email, and fax
- Responding to customer inquiries related to product information, pricing, and inventory availability
- Providing product information and support to customers and sales representatives
- Processing incoming orders via email and fax
- Upselling products and accessories when required
- Conducting stock checks on vendor web portals
- Accurately following up on pending issues not immediately resolved
- Researching shipment inquiries, billing, payments, and order tracking
Requirements:
- Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
- Two plus years of customer care or call center experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Typing speed of 30 WPM
