Position Summary
The Resident Services/Concierge serves as the primary liaison between our residents and property management team, ensuring a superior living experience. This role is vital in maintaining resident satisfaction by addressing concerns, managing daily interactions, and supporting the smooth operation of the property.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service by promptly addressing resident inquiries, complaints, and service requests in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Assist residents with move-in and move-out processes, including orientation and final walkthrough scheduling.
- Coordinate package deliveries, manage package lockers, and oversee mailroom organization.
- Monitor and manage amenity reservations and enforce community guidelines for shared spaces.
- Collaborate with leasing and maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of resident concerns.
- Plan, organize, and promote resident engagement activities and events to foster community spirit.
- Maintain accurate records in property management software, including resident communications, service logs, and event participation.
- Monitor lobby and common areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and adherence to property standards.
- Serve as the first point of contact for emergency situations, escalating issues appropriately to management or maintenance teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in property management, hospitality, or customer service.
- Skills: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, Proficiency in property management software such asYardi, OneSite, or AppFolio, Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in property management or hospitality are a plus.
- Characteristics: Professional demeanor, customer-focused attitude, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
