We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead operations at a luxury apartment community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day management, ensuring high resident satisfaction, maintaining property financials, and leading a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee leasing, marketing, and resident retention efforts.
- Manage property financials, including budgets, rent collection, and expense control.
- Supervise on-site staff, vendors, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
- Maintain the property’s high standards for curb appeal and amenities.
- Handle resident concerns and foster a community-focused environment.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of property management experience (luxury or Class A preferred).
- Strong leadership, financial acumen, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Yardi, OneSite, or similar property management software.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and leasing best practices.
