Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Team Leadership:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to ensure that they meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide training, guidance, and development opportunities to team members to improve performance and sales skills.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress, share best practices, and strategize on upcoming opportunities.
2. Sales Strategy and Planning:
