What are the responsibilities and job description for the Energy Efficiency Program Specialist position at MDU Resources Group, Inc.?
Responsible for placing safety as #1 priority in day-to-day work routine for self and others. Assists in coordination and delivery of the company's energy efficiency (EE) and / or demand response programs through the effective coordination of program processes and continual improvement initiatives. Accurately compiles data necessary to facilitate the rebate fulfillment process and to identify opportunities for increased customer participation. Responsible for assuring the accuracy and completeness of the records and reports for the energy efficiency and / or demand response program. Determine whether applicants for various rebate programs meet the necessary qualifications. Must be a team player who can support EE Analysts in customer management, database management and quality assurance.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Must possess a working knowledge of business principles and theory at a level normally acquired through the completion of a two-year degree in accounting, business, finance, economics, engineering, or related field; and
- A minimum of two years equivalent experience.

Offer Typically Made Between $23.83 - $29.78 per hour
