About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic Recruiting Associate to join our team in Boca Raton, Florida. This role will manage a high volume of requisitions, and source, screen and manage the end-to-end recruiting process for entry- and mid-level roles at MDVIP. The ideal candidate will love creating and managing efficient processes, be able to review and quickly assess foundational capabilities for volume applicants, demonstrate a strong customer service mindset, and build a trusted partnership with both candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Volume Recruitment
- Screen and decision on a high volume of call center and entry- to mid-level candidates, with an ability to demonstrate accuracy and speed identifying quality candidates.
- Able to source and cultivate pipelines of candidates from various channels (Indeed, Linkedin, ZipRecruiter, Job boards, career fairs, etc)
- Candidate Management:
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications and culture fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensure a smooth and efficient process.
- Prepare and extend job offers, manage candidate negotiations, and initiate onboarding.
- Develop and optimize sourcing and selection processes that enable us to quickly review, select and onboard qualified candidates.
- Reporting & Administration:
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, metrics, and trends for the team – using quantitative and qualitative data sources.
- Support scheduling and communication for the Head of Recruitment, to ensure a strong recruiting process with Executive level candidates.
- Compliance & Best Practices:
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Implement continuous improvements in the recruitment process to enhance candidate experience and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or commensurate professional experience.
- A minimum of 3 years’ of professional work experience, managing a high volume of requests and successfully multi-tasking
- Familiarity with the recruitment process, and experience screening qualified candidates
- Skills & Competencies:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to close candidates.
- Demonstrated ability to influence hiring managers and leaders.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Sound knowledge of healthcare recruitment trends and regulatory requirements.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of Recruiting or Sourcing experience
