Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various corporate and field positions, ensuring alignment with company goals and culture. This role requires a strong ability to build relationships with hiring managers, implement effective recruiting strategies, and enhance our employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers for corporate and field-based positions.
- Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates in the foodservice, supply chain, and procurement industries.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand department needs, workforce planning, and job requirements.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry referrals, to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate records and hiring metrics.
- Stay up to date with market trends, competitor hiring practices, and industry best practices to improve recruitment effectiveness.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in hiring practices.
- Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities to strengthen employer branding.
- Provide regular recruitment reports and insights to leadership on hiring trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in corporate, supply chain, or foodservice industries.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, talent acquisition strategies, and employer branding.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing hiring needs.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and recruitment marketing tools is a plus.
