Role Summary

MDVIP is seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Product Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to analyze product performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive data-informed decisions. The ideal candidate is passionate about understanding user behavior, thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, and has a knack for translating complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with business goals.
• Translate business needs into product requirements and features.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
• Understand customer needs and behaviors through research, feedback, and data analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to develop and launch products.
• Support A/B testing, feature launches, and post-launch evaluations to assess impact and effectiveness.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify customer pain points and recommend solutions.
• Analyze product usage data to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
• Assist in prioritizing product features and enhancements based on data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with product managers to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product success.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2-3 years of experience in product analytics, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as PowerBI, Microsoft Suite, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Tableau, SQL, etc.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with A/B testing and experimental design is a plus.
• Familiarity with healthcare or B2B SaaS is preferred but not required.
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Computer Proficiency:

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced skills in Outlook and Excel, Word and PowerPoint required.
