You Have :
Experience on commercial construction sites for large public venues (Stadiums & Arenas) as a Project Manager in AV / LV (a PMP is a plus!). Knowledge of the built environment and experience with all three phases of implementation (Rough / Trim / Final). A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

Your Projects : Commercial venues (Including Stadiums & Arenas) all over the world!
Your Schedule :
Full Time
Business Hours : Mon-Thur from 7 : 30am to 5 : 30pm & Fri 7 : 30am to 11 : 30am
Our Core Hours : Mon-Thur from 9 : 00am to 4 : 00pm & Fri 9 : 00am to 11 : 30am
All employees are expected to be available during Core Hours

Primary Point of Contact : Client, In-House Staff, Other Trades, GC, Architect, Rep
Scope of Work : Understand, deliver, troubleshoot as needed
Project Timeline / Scheduling : Planning, Proactive, Aligned to Resources
Project Profitability : Keep actual hours at / below budgeted hours, remove redundancy and errors
Work Orders : Issue to team, coordinate with third parties
Quality Control : Ensure all work meets SOW, Plans, Company Standards, Client Expectations
Plan sets / Blueprints : Read, interpret, manifest, mark-up, distribute to team
Change Orders : Create, submit, get approval, confirm payment, execute
Environment : Work on construction sites with situational awareness
What Makes You Successful :
10yrs working on large scale / large venue projects (as a PM or Design Engineer)
Design & Integration of Commercial AV Systems
Strong understanding of the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC)
CTS or CTS-D certification is desirable but not required.
