We are ME Global Inc. We are headquartered in Minneapolis, MN and we operate two Foundry Plants in North America. One Foundry is in Tempe, AZ and the other is in Duluth, MN. We have been in business for over 100 years and have over 1000 team members operating in 5 different continents around the world. We produce metal castings for grinding media, mill liners, crushing liners, and slag pots with optimal designs and alloys specifically developed for the global mining, aggregate, and recycle industries. Our products are used in over 40 countries.
ABOUT THE ROLE . . .
The Director of Sales will oversee all commercial activities in the region, ensure yearly revenue targets are met, and develop a high-performing sales team. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and customers to deliver tailored solutions.
Major Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the annual business plan, including sales and profit margin targets.
- Actively manage the sales pipeline using Salesforce, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand and meet their needs.
- Coach and develop the account management team to achieve high performance.
- Drive sales and promotions of the product portfolio through strategic territory evaluations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve product delivery.
- Represent ME Global at trade shows and seminars, delivering impactful presentations.
- Analyze market trends and recommend pricing strategies to maintain market share.
- Support financial operations, including cost/benefit analysis and credit management.
