What are the responsibilities and job description for the EPC Project Controls Analyst position at Mead & Hunt, Inc?
Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has an exciting opportunity available for an EPC Project Controls Analyst. The Project Controls Analyst will be responsible for providing project control support to the project execution team and supporting the company's estimating and construction teams. Responsibilities include developing, establishing, and maintaining project control systems; generating project status reports for internal and external project management; preparing and updating project cash flows and forecasts; developing and maintaining resource-load project schedules; developing cost estimates; assisting in the development of EPC service offerings including greenhouse gas reduction and industrial wastewater. Travel will be required.
Successful candidates will have all of the following:
- 4-7 years of project controls experience including project planning, project scheduling, and earned value performance
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in engineering, engineering technology, construction management, or related field
- Strong MS Excel, MS Project, and Primavera P6 skills
- Applied knowledge of project management and project controls principles including project scheduling and cost engineering
The ideal candidate will have with any/all of the following:
- Ability and demeanor to organize and prioritize assignments and work under pressure towards various project deadlines
- Familiarity with finance and accounting systems
- Project management experience
- Ability to occasionally travel to project sites
