Maintenance Repair

Maintenance Repair will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of all equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and safety within our facilities. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the overall condition of our buildings and grounds while collaborating with subcontractors and production supervisors to support operational efficiency.

• Perform repairs and maintenance on all equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
• Oversee the maintenance of grounds and buildings, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for specialized maintenance tasks performed by outside vendors.
• Work closely with production supervisors to schedule and prioritize maintenance activities in alignment with operational needs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and service requests.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies as they arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance activities.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in maintenance is preferred.
• Proven experience in maintenance and repair, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Availability to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed.
