Dental/ Orthodontic Administrative Assistant & Scheduling Coordinator
We are also seeking a full time EXPERIENCED multi-tasking administrative assistant to complement our fast paced and patient centered Orthodontic practice in Lynnwood. Responsibilities include: scheduling new appointments, maintaining treatment schedule, manage phone calls , coordinate services with dental professionals, generate business reports, host the zoom to check patients into our office and most importantly TREAT OUR PATIENTS LIKE FAMILY.
Hourly pay is $22-27 depending upon length of experience as a Medical or Dental Scheduling Coordinator and superior motivation to learn new skills.
Our full-time schedule is Monday-Thursday with an occasional Friday substitution. The office hours begin at 7:00am with a ten hours on the clock plus one hour for lunch comprising a 40 hour workweek.
