A local City is searching for a TEMPORARY Admin Assistant to join their team for about 4-6 weeks!
RESPONISBILITES:
RESPONISBILITES:
- Provide clerical support for the city Manager for Economic Development projects and meetings; coordination on incoming prospect development calls; records and prepares minutes; attendance at minimum one evening meeting
- Following up on routine correspondence, phone calls, coordinating calendars and scheduled across multiple departments and functions.
- Administer and updates department webpages
- Various other clerical duties such as creating presentations and spreadsheets; proofread correspondence.
- Other tasks, projects or assignments as directed
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft office; word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint
- Excellent customer service
SCHEDULE: TEMP 4-6 WEEK ASSIGNMENT
M-F 8AM-5PM
PAY: $19.53/HOUR
