LOGISTICS Customer Service Representative
The Company:
Our client is an international manufacturer of chemicals, plastics, and more. They have facilities and offices across the globe and are seeking a Supply Chain Customer Service Representative who can join their Customer Service Team at their League City, TX location.
This role pays $25-$27/hr, depending on experience.
This role is fully on-site strictly M-F, no weekends required.
Applicants MUST be familiar with INCOTERMS for international shipping.
The Expectations:
· The Supply Chain Customer Service Representative will be…
o Responsible for the entire order to customer processing; order to cash processing!
o Providing timely and accurate communication regarding customer inquiries, processing orders, providing price estimates, scheduling shipments, confirming order delivery, etc.
o Responsible for addressing customer complaints via conflict resolution
o Becoming a subject matter expert on certain customer accounts or customer projects, as needed/assigned.
o Servicing both internal and external customers
o Providing support to the traffic coordination team
o Interacting with various teams across the Supply Chain Department
The Experience & Education:
· 3 Years of Supply Chain CSR/ISR Experience, REQUIRED
· INCOTERMS, Current Knowledge, REQUIRED
· MS Excel, Advanced Experience (Pivot Tables, V-Lookup, Etc.), REQUIRED
· SAP, Intermediate Experience, REQUIRED
The Benefits:
· Work week is Monday through Friday, no weekends.
· Work schedule is fully in-office, no exceptions.
· The pay is $25-$27/hr, depending on experience.
