We are seeking a candidate for the role of:
JOB TITLE: OPERATIONS MANAGER - COO/CFO
SALARY: $100 - $130K PLUS BONUS
LOCATION: SOUTHEAST HOUSTON
Operations Manager – CEO/COO Track | Southeast Houston
Our client in the Southeast Houston area is seeking a dynamic individual with a strong background in the manufacturing industry. This company specializes in construction, repair, upgrades, and custom designs for equipment used in chemical plants, power plants, steel mills, and similar industrial environments.
This position will initially begin as Operations Manager with a clear and swift path toward a CEO/COO role, as the owner is looking for someone who can gradually take over daily operations and leadership responsibilities.
The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded background across multiple operational areas, including:
- Accounting & Cash Flow Management
- Human Resources
- Engineering
- Estimating & Proposal Development
- Purchasing & Expediting
- Project & Construction Management
- Safety & Compliance
- Job Costing & Invoicing
- Job Scheduling & Packaging
- Site Visits & Customer Interactions
- CRM and Project Tools: Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Smartsheet, SharePoint
- RFQ Management and Sales
Compensation:
Salary range is $100K to $130K , depending on experience. The role also includes benefits, bonuses, and additional perks.
