Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated CRM Systems Manager to oversee and optimize our Elite Dynamics CRM software to drive customer engagement, streamline processes, and enhance the guest experience. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful management of our customer relationships, personalising their experiences and maximizing operational efficiency within Meadow Bay Villages.
Key Responsibilities
System Administration & Optimization
Manage, maintain, and optimize the Elite Dynamics CRM system to align with business goals.
Configure workflows, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable insights for marketing, sales, holiday sales and guest service teams.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
Process Improvement
Analyse existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance customer journeys and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system enhancements and implement new features.
Training & Support
Provide training and ongoing support to team, ensuring effective use of the CRM system.
Act as the primary point of contact for system troubleshooting and liaise with Elite Dynamics support when required.
Customer Insights & Reporting
Develop and maintain customer segmentation strategies to target marketing campaigns effectively.
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on customer data, booking trends, and holiday sales and sales performance.
Strategic Collaboration
Work closely with the marketing, holiday sales, sales, and operations teams to leverage CRM data for business growth.
Partner with senior leadership to align CRM initiatives with long-term business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in CRM systems management, preferably with Elite Dynamics or similar platforms. Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and practices.
Excellent data analysis skills with proficiency in CRM reporting and analytics tools.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to train and support diverse teams.
Knowledge of the holiday park or hospitality industry is highly desirable.
Familiarity with data protection regulations, including GDPR.
