We’re hiring a part-time Sales and Customer Success Manager to lead client education, sales support, and support delivery logistics. This role is essential to building strong relationships with prospective and current clients, ensuring a smooth and informed sales process, and managing product delivery. The ideal candidate is a natural communicator with a strong interest in sustainability, horticulture, or landscape architecture.

Key Responsibilities
The Sales and Customer Success Manager will act as the primary liaison between Meadow Lab and our clients, guiding them through product selection, project planning, and delivery coordination.
Key responsibilities include:
- Educating prospective clients on Meadow Lab products, installation needs, and project applications
- Engaging with landscape architects, contractors, and property managers to discuss project goals and recommend product specifications
- Leading virtual and in-person “lunch and learn” presentations for landscape architects and design professionals
- Creating and maintaining client documentation, including project briefs, quotes, and follow-up materials
- Coordinating product delivery logistics, including timing, site conditions, and transportation
- Maintaining detailed records of client interactions using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Collaborating with the operations team to align product availability and shipping schedules with client timelines
- Supporting the CEO in developing client-facing sales tools and materials
- Representing Meadow Lab at industry events, conferences, and occasional site visits
- Gathering client feedback to inform improvements to products and processes
- Assisting in developing strategic partnerships within the landscape design community
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 3–5 years in sales, account management, or customer success (preferably in design, sustainability, or horticulture fields)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — written, verbal, and visual
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Experience with CRM tools and basic sales tracking software
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Availability to occasionally travel for events or client site meetings
- Based in, or willing to work standard hours within, the Eastern Time Zone

Commitment & Location
This is a part-time, remote role, offering consistent hours alongside flexibility in your work schedule. While we’re headquartered in the Hudson Valley, we welcome candidates from across the U.S. who can collaborate effectively during Eastern Time Zone hours.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
This is primarily a remote, desk-based position, but may occasionally involve light physical activity or travel. Requirements may include:
- Occasional site visits requiring bending, standing, and navigating uneven terrain
- Frequent use of phones, computers, and video conferencing tools
- Occasional lifting of samples or materials up to 30 pounds
- Exposure to outdoor conditions during client site meetings
Compensation and Benefits
- 15-20 hours per week at an hourly rate of $40-50/hour, commensurate with experience
- 5 paid holidays per year, prorated based on average weekly hours
