Long Prairie Health Looking for a individual to help with leadership tasks
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, proofreading, and filing.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and assist with customer inquiries.
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and maintaining a professional office environment.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the Outlook calendar.
- Prepare and distribute documents using DocuSign or other electronic signature platforms.
- Perform general clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and organizing files.
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with phone systems and customer service principles.
