Local apartment community looking for Assistant Manager.
The Assistant Manager is primarily responsible for supporting the Manager in general admission and physical operation of the Company. A strong emphasis should be placed on marketing and leasing of the Company in order to ensure that an acceptable rental occupancy level is maintained.
Essential Performance Skills, Duties and Responsibilities ( not limited to) :
- Deposits money received and other company funds on a daily basis.
- Assists in the marketing of the Company. Processes rental applications.
- In the temporary absence of the Manager, the Assistant Manager will act as Manager in order to keep flow of work up-to-date, upon authorization of the Regional Manager.
- Assists in on-site or management-resident relations.
- Follows OSHA safety programs
- Follows all company policies and procedures and governmental laws and regulations
- Collects rents and prepares late notices
